Silk Nature does not offer refunds or returns. However, we do allow product exchanges under certain conditions.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong product or something is missing from your order, we will resolve the issue at our own expense.

Damages
We are not responsible for minor damages that may occur during delivery. However, if your product arrives completely damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will take care of it.
